I will always be a fan of cachaça, as I love lemon caipirinha on summer days.

But once I traveled to Paty do Alferes, a historic and charming city in the interior of Rio de Janeiro, I had the opportunity to visit an Alambique (where crafts cachaça) and the Cachaça Museum. In this place they sell cachaça in various flavors, my favorite was cinnamon.
